Training and mentoring school staff benefits Virginia’s students.

We can improve the education and mental and physical health of Virginia's students by requiring work-based learning and mentoring opportunities for teachers, principals and support staff; standardizing the qualification and training requirements for school nurses and other health staff; and reducing the ratio of students to school staff.

This bill will improve the education and mental and physical health of students in the Commonwealth.
