Francis grew up in England and was drawn to America for the dream of
"Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness!"
For the past 10 years, Francis has provided resources and free consulting to more than 20 small businesses.
He has also served on the executive committee board of WMHT public TV and radio in Albany, New York, and the University of New Mexico Anderson Business School Foundation. He was the keynote speaker at Japan's national cable convention, was invited to speak for the city of Dusseldorf, and was honored for his contribution to jobs creation while he was in Germany.
Locally, Francis and wife Donna actively support the Animal Welfare League, helped raise funds for the Free Health Clinic and new YMCA buildings, and are lifetime supporters of the Lancaster Community Library.
Ransom is a Republican who has represented HD-99 since 2012.
