“Should the Constitution of Virginia be amended to allow the General Assembly to temporarily adopt new congressional districts to restore fairness in the upcoming elections, while ensuring Virginia’s standard redistricting process resumes for all future redistricting after the 2030 census?”

A "yes" vote supports allowing the state legislature to conduct congressional redistricting between January 1, 2025, and October 31, 2030.

A "no" vote opposes allowing the state legislature to conduct congressional redistricting between January 1, 2025, and October 31, 2030.

JAN 29. Polls Looking Good for YES on Redistricting. A poll released today shows "YES" ahead by 51% to 43%: While there are still some confusions to be clarified for both Republicans (who support "yes") and Democrats (who don't support "yes"), but the bottom line seems to be Trump's rapidly growing unpopularity is the KEY to BOOSTING the "YES" Vote.
