Why Vote YES on Redistricting.

We're leveling the playing field.

Think of it this way:

According to the rules of basketball, each team fields 5 players on the court.

If your opponent in a championship game decided to break the rules and put 5 more players on the court, would you stand by and let them play with 10 players on the court?

NO, you would put in 5 more of your own players. You wouldn’t sit on the sidelines and surrender.

Remember:
☆ It's Temporary
☆ It's in Response to Gerrymandering by Republicans
☆ Endorsed by Abigail Spanberger and Barack Obama

Donald Trump is rigging the upcoming midterm elections to lock in his power— demanding that Red states redistrict to ensure more Republican seats in Congress.

Working families are facing economic strain, losing access to health care, and other services. Our communities are being terrorized by ICE.

Virginia is fighting back.
Governor Spanberger and the General Assembly placed our redistricting amendment on the ballot to protect Virginia voters and the country.

The 2026 congressional election may be the only meaningful check on the MAGA agenda.

"When the balance of power in Washington is manipulated before a single ballot is cast to benefit this president, doing nothing is not neutrality. “Should the Constitution of Virginia be amended to allow the General Assembly to temporarily adopt new congressional districts to restore fairness in the upcoming elections, while ensuring Virginia’s standard redistricting process resumes for all future redistricting after the 2030 census?”

A "yes" vote supports allowing the state legislature to conduct congressional redistricting between January 1, 2025, and October 31, 2030.

A "no" vote opposes allowing the state legislature to conduct congressional redistricting between January 1, 2025, and October 31, 2030.

A poll released today shows "YES" ahead by 51% to 43%: While there are still some confusions to be clarified for both Republicans (who support "yes") and Democrats (who don't support "yes"), but the bottom line seems to be Trump's rapidly growing unpopularity is the KEY to BOOSTING the "YES" Vote.
